Throughout her career, she has successfully led transformational HR initiatives across the education, corporate, consulting, and governance sectors. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, organizational design, change management, succession planning, and HR transformation, enabling organizations to build sustainable, high-performing cultures.
In addition to her corporate leadership role, Faryal is the Founder & CEO of HR Wizards Consultancy and the Managing Partner at Talent Experts International. Through these organizations, she advises businesses on executive search, HR strategy, organizational development, leadership consulting, and workforce transformation.
She also serves as a Group Director and is an SECP Certified Director, actively contributing to corporate governance, board effectiveness, and strategic organizational leadership.
