His expertise lies in developing financial frameworks that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

As CFO, Naseer has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial strategies and enabling business expansion. He successfully secured a USD 10 million banking facility to support capital structuring and aggressive growth initiatives. His ability to optimize financial operations has also resulted in the recovery of over PKR 1 billion in outstanding receivables, significantly improving liquidity and financial stability.
