Usman Bawa is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Intechskills, a young entrepreneur, digital skills advocate, and mentor committed to empowering Pakistan's youth with practical knowledge for success in the global digital economy.

At just 22 years old, Usman has built a strong foundation in the digital services industry through hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, content writing, graphic design, freelancing, and business development. Working with international clients has enabled him to understand the evolving demands of the global marketplace while helping businesses grow through innovative digital solutions.

His freelancing journey has provided valuable real-world experience, including contributing to high-performing Upwork freelance accounts, one of which generated more than $90,000 in annual revenue. These achievements strengthened his belief that digital skills and freelancing can create sustainable careers, financial independence, and global opportunities for young professionals.

Inspired by this vision, Usman founded Intechskills, a digital skills academy focused on bridging the gap between traditional education and industry requirements. The academy provides practical, career-oriented training in freelancing, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, graphic design, and other in-demand digital skills. Through mentorship and hands-on learning, he helps students and professionals build confidence, develop expertise, and establish successful careers.

In addition to leading Intechskills, Usman actively shares his knowledge through seminars, workshops, and training sessions at educational institutions and organizations, inspiring young people to explore freelancing, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy.
