Zeeshan Waseem

Zeeshan Waseem is the CEO of Eiglou, a Pakistan-based software technology company delivering enterprise-grade IoT, web, mobile, and custom software solutions to clients across Pakistan, the Gulf region, and the United States. With more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise technology, and product leadership, he has established himself as a respected leader in the technology industry.

Since founding Eiglou in 2014, Zeeshan has led the company's growth by delivering innovative digital solutions across industries, including telecommunications, enterprise systems, industrial IoT, government technology, high-performance computing, and healthcare. His leadership focuses on technical strategy, solution architecture, engineering excellence, and managing distributed teams to deliver scalable products from concept to deployment.

In addition to leading Eiglou, Zeeshan founded an independent Healthcare AI and HIPAA Compliance consulting practice, where he advises US-based healthcare AI organizations on regulatory compliance, technology architecture, security, and operational readiness. His expertise has helped companies build secure, compliant, and scalable AI-powered healthcare solutions.

Previously, Zeeshan served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of DocuMed AI, a US-based AI medical scribe platform. He built and led the engineering organization while establishing the company's HIPAA compliance framework, overseeing engineering operations, infrastructure, vendor risk management, and compliance strategy. He continues to advise the organization on compliance and technology initiatives.

Beyond his commercial achievements, Zeeshan is deeply committed to technology education and community development. As Director of Bano Qabil Sahiwal, an initiative of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, he has led programs that have trained more than 3,500 IT students, while building software development and media teams that support the initiative's long-term sustainability. His work reflects a strong belief that education, mentorship, and practical skills are essential to strengthening Pakistan's digital economy.
