Muazzam began in 2007 at Xtremax in Singapore, shipping interactive platforms during the Flash-to-JavaScript transition while coordinating teams across two countries. At Kaya Systems, he moved from developer to team lead on CRM-integrated enterprise systems. At Peretus (2012–2017), he owned delivery for cross-functional teams and introduced Agile into organisations that had never worked that way. In 2017, he became CTO for Be Wise LLC, operator of getlocalvip, where he led the company's shift from Waterfall to Agile Scrum, lifting delivery velocity by 25 percent, defined its engineering and architecture standards, and scaled an organisation of over fifty engineers running seven or more projects in parallel at 99.9 percent uptime, delivering for clients including Suzuki Canada, Qatar Foundation, and Metro Show Canada.
In 2023, Muazzam founded NTechnologies.ae and built a hands-on AI practice: custom agent systems on the Model Context Protocol, n8n automation pipelines that cut client operating costs by up to 40 percent, and platform strategy that positions his agency as the done-for-you implementation partner non-technical owners need. His recent work includes an agent-API governance layer, the MyAgentCrew WordPress agent platform, and LocalPulse, a Google Business Profile audit engine.
