Usama Nadeem

Usama Nadeem is an experienced eCommerce professional, freelancer, and project leader currently serving as the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer at DigiBizz Balochistan. With more than seven years of experience in freelancing and digital commerce, he has established himself as a dedicated advocate for digital entrepreneurship and skills development in Pakistan.

Throughout his freelancing career, Usama has provided professional eCommerce services to international clients while actively working on Upwork. He also leads a skilled team responsible for managing client projects, daily operations, online sales, and business growth across multiple eCommerce platforms.

For the past three years, Usama has played a central role in the DigiBizz Freelancing and Entrepreneurship Project, a government-supported initiative designed to equip young people across Balochistan with practical freelancing and entrepreneurial skills. As the M&E Officer, he oversees project implementation across multiple districts, coordinates a team of more than 50 professionals, and ensures the effective execution and monitoring of program activities.

Under his leadership and the collective efforts of the DigiBizz team, the initiative has delivered measurable impact. More than 1,900 students have successfully entered the global freelance marketplace and collectively generated over $650,000 through freelancing across various digital fields. This achievement has empowered individuals with sustainable income opportunities while contributing to Pakistan's growing digital economy.
